Washington County Fair 2026: Full Entertainment Lineup and Schedule Announced
The Washington County Fair has announced its full entertainment lineup for the 2026 fair, running September 11 through 19 at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Brenham. This year theme is "Kickin' It Old School," and the musical acts deliver exactly that: a roster of Texas country heavyweights and rising stars that will have the fairgrounds buzzing every night of the week.
As the oldest county fair in Texas, the Washington County Fair has been bringing communities together for generations. This year's entertainment lineup is one of the strongest in recent memory, with something for every country music fan.

Who is Playing
Wade Bowen is a Texas country staple with a string of radio hits and a reputation as one of the most authentic live performers in the scene. Sharing the bill with Rick Trevino, a Grammy-winning Tejano and country artist, this Friday night show is shaping up to be a highlight of the fair.
Mark Chesnutt needs no introduction to country music fans. With dozens of Top 10 hits including "Brother Jukebox," "I'll Think of Something," and "It's a Little Too Late," he is a true honky-tonk legend. He will close out the fair on Saturday, September 19, joined by BOTTOMLAND and Jackson Wendell.
Randall King brings a neo-traditional country sound that has made him one of the most talked-about young artists in the genre. Ty Myers, another rising star, blends country with blues and rock for a sound that is all his own.
Secretto brings a high-energy blend of soul, blues, and Americana that has earned them a devoted following across Texas.
Car Show and More
Beyond the music, the fair is packed with attractions. The annual Car Show takes place on Saturday, September 12 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, featuring classic cars, hot rods, and custom builds from across the region. There will also be rodeo events, livestock shows, carnival rides, and the fair food that makes county fair season one of the best times of year in Texas.
